Hair: Choppy, spiked golden hair with 5 larger spikes in the front. His hair reaches past his neck a little and a few short strands of hair fall across his forehead.

If anything, Hideo gives the impression of an armed villager than an actual shinobi, which often fools his opponents.
TORSO :
- undershirt : Thin, small, skin-tight black tshirt.
- amor : A padded vest that slides on top of his undershirt. It helps weaken blows to his chest and prevent deep cuts from weapons.
- overshirt : A loose-fitting brown jacket that he keeps buttoned, made out of a leathery material. The collar is mostly kept up and it has a few pockets- two normal ones on the outside for his hands, then a hidden pocket in the lining on his jacket.
- scars : a few scars on his back, chest, and arms due to harsh training with his father, and cuts due to his pet hawk.

BOTTOM HALF :
- pants : Dark grey pants, a little worn looking with a bit of old, torn patches here and there. They are kept at the waist with a belt. On the belt he has two pouches for his kunai/shuriken/other smaller weapons/objects. His two machetes are wrapped in an X shape on his back in a leather looking sheath and strap that comes across his torso.
- shoes : Dark brown boots, almost like work boots. His pants drape over them, covering the shaft of the boots.

ACCESSORIES :
- hands : on his hands he wears a pair of gloves, made from the same, sturdy leather-type material as his boots and jacket. They're cut at the fingers, so his fingers stick out freely, and the gloves reach up to his mid-forearm. He wears these for protection against his bird's sharp talons. His jacket protects the rest of his torso. He also wears two rings, both he took from his father's 'dead' body. He wears them on his left ring finger and middle finger.
- ears : one silver earring for each ear.

PET HAWK :
- Hugo, a red-tailed hawk thats only a big smaller than an eagle. He has sharp talons and a sharp beak, both able to become ficious weapons if Hugo is called into battle. Normally, the bird simply clings to Hideo's shoulder or flies in the sky above him, but always keeps close by.

Physical Description: Hideo is someone who you would define as average. He can pack a good punch, which pretty much makes him even-leveled when it comes to the two areas of speed and strength, but he is slightly faster than he is strong. His chakra pool is average, but his skill in chakra control is quite high. His stamina and endurance is also high, but he seems to tire himself easily by using up his chakra. He excells in Ninjutsu and weaponry, but since he spends so much time training for those, he hardly has any skill when it comes down to Taijutsu ot Genjutsu, Genjutsu being his least mastered area. He's as graceful as a cat when he walks, and even when he battles. He isn't one to make a fool out of himself for tripping or falling down, and he rather carries himself with elegance.

Hideo also has the ability to manipulate lightning. He can generate lightning that is stored in his body and by using his hands, direct where he wants the lightning to go in electrical arcs. Depending on how he's using his lightning for an attack, he can generate the lightning in the palms of his hands then either throw lightning balls, creating a traveling lightning bolt from his hands, etc.. When not used in battle, Hideo can transfer the electricity from his fingertips to other people, giving that person a stinging shock (like when you gather static then touch something metal)
NOTE: THIS LIGHTNING IS NOT LETHAL (Unless you're really really really injured and on the brink of death already) Possible injuries include: Temporary paralysis or burns. (ie: example of what it looks like and stuff can be found on youtube. Type in Elle Bishop (a character from Heroes). that show has some great stuff XD, or even if you're a gamer, check out the character from inFamous.)
This ability can backfire on Hideo if he is wet. If he uses his power when wet, he will end up shocking himself and cause severe pain or burns.

Personality:
Hideo is someone who you would describe as being.. difficult to be around, yet somewhat charming in the "bad-boy" mysterous kind of way. He's cynical, cocky, arrogant, and tends to mock pretty much everyone. He can get on people's nerves with his self-complementing nature, and can even hurt a few people's feelings, but inside he is actually a tormented person who just doesn't know of any better way to release stress or anger. He doesn't like to make people upset, but he would much rather a person storm off in rage than burst out in tears. He has a slight temper, but he usually departs before he errupts into an angry fit of violence. If he does need to release his anger and can't find any way to do so, he'll channel his frustration in battles, either by sparring an ally or picking fights with random people. He distants himself if he gets to close to people, but otherwise he enjoys company and being around other people. He was raised by his strict father, so he tends to have the same attitude when it comes to serious subjects. He doesn't like people overly immature, but nor does he like people overly mature.

Character Background: Hideo was born in the Cloud village, off towards the outskirts of the village. His father was a controversial figure. Some saw him as clever liar, while others looked up to him for knowledge and power. He was, in fact, a sly man. He cheated his way through life, focusing on only himself and what he wanted. He found ways around rules, even from an early childhood. He was a talented persuader, and he could place the blame of crimes on anyone and never be overruled. He was, indeed, a very skilled liar, and even more of a skilled fighter. He could control lightning like he was the thunder god, himself. Hideo's mother, on the other hand, was a gentle person. She was strong-willed, independent, and a very caring person, but even she could not resist the charms of Hideo's father. They married and soon, Hideo was born. But his mother was no longer happy with Hideo's father, and soon enough, they split up. Hideo's father took Hideo to live with him in a distant village, and his mother was left alone without her young son.

Hideo lived with his father for eight years. During this time, he trained with his father and picked up old habbits from him, like the lying and the mocking. He was raised to be smart, strong, and to never let himself fall victim to weaknesses like love. So misguided by these teachings, Hideo grew up to be like his father. He was brought up in a strict household with his father, and whenever he did something wrong, his father would punish him, not physically, but mentally. Slowly, Hideo grew colder and love drifted out of his grasp. When the day finally came that Hideo's father was killed for his lies, Hideo had just turned eight years old and watched his father be slaughtered. He was brought back to his home village to live with his mother, who all this time had figured Hideo was dead. She rejoiced, though this happiness soon faded.


Things were different living with his mother. He wasn't strictly trained like his father had done with him, but his mother showed love and rewarded his good deeds. This sometimes angered Hideo, as his father had always told him love was the true weakness to man. The more his mother tried to show him love, the further Hideo distanced himself from her. As time went on, his mother eventually broke down into tears at what had became of her son. She grew more frustrated with his cockiness and clever whit, as he reminded her much of her ex-husband. This confused Hideo even more, and soon he started to feel a strange emotion- regret. Even though he had tried so hard to stay away from his mother's love, he couldn't help but start to love her back. When she started to become more cruel with him, he felt truly weak and helpless, just as his father had told him all of the years before his death. Misguided by lies and convinced that his love for his mother was something to be sinful, he left the house and traveled to a school he had heard from. By this time, he was a very skilled fighter, the years with his father paying off, and the training by his mother having helped tone his skills, he entered the school NinSeken as a freshman. Before he left though, he and his mother had received some shocking news. After the supposed death of Hideo's father, local villagers that were tasked with the job of burrying his body could not find a corpse to be burried. This confused many people, and Hideo was rather shocked. He had been forced to leave quickly, never getting a chance to be part of the funeral. He didn't get how it took so long for this news to reach him, nor did he fully understand how his father could still be alive. He had watched a riot take his father down and kill him. He was certain that his father would come back for him, and he made it his own task to search for his father, too.


But even through the hard times and the strict childhood he had with his father, Hideo was given a 'gift' by his father. As he began to get better in his studies, Hideo's father didn't see him to be anything spectacular which disappointed him. When he was six years old, his father took him on a trip to an old, sacred mountain. The mountain's peak was tall enough to reach up to the clouds, and it was there that Hideo's father performed a strange technique. As a storm rolled towards the mountain, lightning began to spark in the sky. Strangely enough, Hideo's father was able to bring down the lightning onto Hideo. Normally lethal to any human being, the lightning did not kill Hideo, though as young as he was. According to legends and myths, a young child being struck by lightning yet surviving the shock was said to be a worthy servant of the thunder god, Raiden. Hideo, indeed, seemed to be proved worthy as he survived the painful experience. As the electricity flowed through his body, the lightning began to mold into his very being. Knocked out by the intense pain, he was later awoken by his father who spoke the simple words, "Now you're just like me." From that day fourth, Hideo, too, could control the lightning around him. Able to manipulate lightning and electricity, he began to prove to his father that he, too, was strong like him. With these strange new power, Hideo's father told him in order to truly succeed on the battlefield, he needed eyes in the sky. With someone watching from above, it would be easy to evade enemies and track them down. But Hideo's father did not instruct Hideo to find someone to watch from sky, but something. So to make his father proud, Hideo did exactly that, and by the day he turned eight, he had a well-trained, obedient hawk by his side that could, in fact, see from high in the sky and report back to him. With simple gestures, Hideo's bird, Hugo, could inform Hideo of whatever he needed to know.

Description: By using his ability, Hideo can form balls of lightning in his hands and throw them at his opponent. The further the distance, the weaker the lightning ball gets as it travels. Since this doesn't require a handseal, Hideo can perform this technique quickly in a series of attacks. It is a rather weak technique and delivers little damage, but if hit enough, it can cause quite dangerous injuries or burns. If the opponent is close enough (within 5 yards or so), the ball may have enough force to push the opponent back a few feet.

Description: By gathering electricity in his hand, or both hands, Hideo can send an electrical arc towards his opponents (the lightning stays connected to his hand, so the distance is limited to 15 yards). It delivers a powerful shock that is capable of burning or even temporarily paralyzing the victim. Because it takes so much energy and focus, Hideo cannot keep the arc going for long, perhaps at a normal limit of a few seconds. The more he strains to keep the attack going, the more damage it causes to his own body.

Description: By gathering electricity in his hands, Hideo can jump in the air and punch the ground, causing a lightning shockwave to travel outwards like a rippling wave. The shockwave only goes for about 20 yards, but it's effective when many enemies are surrounding him. If caught in the traveling ring of lightning, the victim will receive a good shock.

Art: Ninjutsu

Description: Hideo can transfer his lightning chakra into his two machete blades, and seal the chakra inside with a special marked on the blade. This keeps his chakra in it. When touched or picked up, the blades emit a shock. Since Hideo is immune to this, it doesn't affect him at all. If another were to try to pick up his blades, their hands would be met with a very uncomfortable stinging/shocking sensation, but otherwise harmless at first. If held too long (an hour or so), the person holding the blades can suffer from minor burns on their palms. This seal can be placed on anything small and it lasts for a month until the lightning inside of the blades start to slowly drain. It must be replaced on the two weapons every month.

Description: By generating electricity into his, he will raise his hands in the air and with one strong clap, a burst of lightning with flash along side a thundering boom. This simple technique mimics the very actions of a true thunderstorm. The flash can stun the opponent for a few seconds, much like a stun or flash grenade. To avoid being affected, the opponent can simply look away before the clap is done.

"So, I see you finally decided to show up. We've been waiting hours!" Shouted a young girl, who seemed to be annoyed with the late arrival of a boy with yellow, spikey hair. The boy didn't seem to notice, or perhaps didn't care. He carelessly leaned agaisnt a nearby wall and pretended to be cleaning his nails. "Well? Where have you been?!" The girl persisted. The boy didn't glance up, but simply held out his hand as if to inspect them from a distance. "You know, the usual. Inspiring the world with my grace and beauty," He replied, "Clearly you need some of both. It looks like you got barfed up by a sick cat." He glanced up, expecting to see the girl angry or upset, but to his subtle shock, she showed no sort of emotion besides her same annoyed look. He smirked regardless and walked past her and into the abandoned building he was supposed to have been at over an hour ago. "You live like a block away!" She argued. He stated, "I was on a walk." Frustrated with the boy, the girl mumbled, "What kind of walk takes an hour?" The boy turned his head and glanced behind him towards the girl. With a smile on his face and a gleam in his eye, he simply replied, "A long one."

First off, I've done something like this, based of the character of InFamous. For basic lightning manipulation, I put it as a Jutsu and not a factor to your physical description. Though lets see what another staff member says.

Your history is a bit wacky in terms of how you wrote it. You have third person and then 1st person both describing a similar, if not the same situation. I mean, there are those, the majority, who did their history in third person. There are those who did their history in first person (like me). Then there's you, who likes to confuse us by putting in both as a blend. Reiko, I know that's kind of your thing, but I say it should be changed to one or the other. Like I said on the first section, lets see what another staff says.

I'm not very keen on Heaven's Wrath. Sound Jutsu isn't ham and cheese when it comes into battle. because unless you're deaf, you can't block sound.

Besides that, I love your creativity. Also- "Hugo". I love it xD

The only errors I saw were...

remove "temporary blindness and deafness due to the stun of the electricity." in the possible injuries just since it seemed a little iffy IMO.
Kai is a C rank jutsu, not D rank.

As for the Physical Description part mentioning the lightning, I think it'd be better if it remained just so people can get a description and have everything cleared up. But I mean, don't just like create lightning balls in posts and say it's your control over lightning that allows you to do that, since that would have to be a jutsu.
