Clan Traits: 1/2 the clan is born mute. All the members are born with emerald green eyes.
Clan Strengths: They are skilled in genjutsu and taijutsu. They have exceptional speed and strength.
Clan Weakness: They have very little skill in ninjustu and elemental techniques. As well as a average Chakra pool and most clan members know only the most basic of ninjutsu abilities.
Bloodline: Kaizoe mokushi (Second Sight)

Clan History: Shortly after the creating of the five great nations. A mute child was born to the Sugara clan in the city of Konoha. As This young boy grew to the age of five many of the members of the clan were thought to have been going insane. Hearing voices inside there heads telling them feelings. Members of the city also reported hearing these voices. After time the voices gave way to the fact that they were coming from the little boy, Senshui. As the boy grew older he began to excel in tracking saying he could feel the presence of others. He excelled in taijutsu but was found to lack skills in ninjutsu altogether.

After getting married and having two children. One of them was born mute. Both of his children were born with his gift. As his daughter who was born able to speak grew up. He found that though she could speak. She chose to speak less and less frequently. Senshui also found that when she turned 16 she nearly crippled her brother. He was unable to use his ability for three straight days. saying that he felt as though mind was muffled and clouded. When he confronted his daughter she assaulted him with this new technique. The next day while on a mission Senshui was unable to focus and was killed. Three weeks later her brother was mysteriously killed.

Four years later Senshui's daughter had twins that she named Riku and Kairi. Two years later she vanished. Her children were found three days later and put into an orphanage.

Six years later after they had both been entered into the academy there abilities began to manifest.

Bloodline Description: With most members of the clan being born with a disability. They have been gifted with a 6th sense allowing them to talk without speaking. When the bloodline first develops the user learns to speak directly into the mind of others uncontrollably at first. As they grow older and develop this bloodline they can control who they talk to and are able to detect others living being like little pings with there mind. Due to the enhanced function of the brain that occurs within them. It increases there reaction times. The secondary ability allows them to decipher Genjutsu’s and allowed them to develop some horrifying ones of there own. One such jutsu clouds the mind of the opponent making it harder to focus on jutsus and abilities.

Description: When This bloodline first develops, the user is unable to control there thoughts and unwillingly distributes there thoughts within a certain distance. Depending on when the bloodline develops the distance that the link goes varies.

Name: Select Telepathy
Art: Unknown (Passive bloodline skill once attained.)

Description: Allows the user to communicate with people at will without talking and only allow those that they want to hear. The harder that one trains the greater the distance that they can communicate telepathically.

Name: Life Sense
Art: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Description: Allows the user to sense the mental activity of every living creature in the area. Creating the ultimate tracking technique. While it is a great technique it consumes a great deal of chakra if used for an extended amount of time. If it is not deactivated willingly it will drain the users chakra until it renders the user unconscious.

Description: The user has to be withing three feet of the opponent. The user lashes out with there own chakra attempting to hit the opponent. Once hit it has a good chance of causing a disrupting the opponent focus and chakra control. On the down side it has a 1/4 chance to increase there focus and abilities for a short duration.

Name: Final Skill: Magen • Ojike Haji no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Fears Grasp Technique
Art: Genjutsu
Rank: A
Description: Similar to Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique. The user needs to be within ten yards of the person that they are using it on. The user also has to make eye contact with the the other person. After which the person effected by the genjutsu can continue to fight until the genjutsu activates showing them something they fear. This can be overcome by a skilled ninja focusing there chakra and breaking the spell.

I say a big fat no on the final jutsu. No mind reading whatsoever. I hate mind readers, but that's not why I'm saying no to it. Finding out my fear and using it against me is cheap, and everyone has a fear, so you can use this on anybody without fail, because you can't block out your mind. So no to that. Otherwise, creative and nice clan.

Sorry I had meant to change that last night actually. it would be a jutsu similar to.

Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique. First they see a swirl of leaves around them and then it looks like the world is the same. Which causes the opponent to see a horrifying vision after a certain deration of time.

I had been sitting there thinking about a way to describe the technique. There is no real mind reading involved it just causes the person to see something that will mess with them and make it harder to focus I guess is a good way to put it.

It's not a technique that I was going to really have any of the characters I create have. I just wanted to add there final technique that was created. I forgot to add the stipulations on how it would start as well. So I will fix that to.

Not sure about Life Sense.
It needs to be a higher rank, at least. Because Kagura Minds Eye is at least C, and that is a very powerful technique but does take time to acquire what it is looking for.

And you have not put anything that slows down the use of Life Sense. So I say at least B rank.

I did look at the technique you mentioned but as Kagura Mind's Eye is probably at least a B rank not a C. For it detects more than just people. It detects chakra levels and unseen forces. So the technique created is for all intents and purposes a C rank skill. I will be changing it. though it is something that can be used on the move.

Please note that I did edit the abilities that i said i would. Also adding a Rank B skill. That has a costly effect.

Very, very interesting. I love the idea of a user of telepathy; it always helps to create caution and uncertainty in many characters whom act like their susceptible to little.

I agreed with Kyu at first on Life Sense, but after looking it over I am less worried about it and now more uncertain. It's like choosing between Plain and Pepperoni Pizza: you can make arguments for both, but the choice is still tough.

As such, I have come to the conclusion that I won't come to a conclusion. And as a result, you will receive the benefit of the doubt.
