Clan Name: Kyoichi Clan
Location: Mizugakure
Clan Traits: Clan members are born with two birth marks that look like tattoos. A Dragon on the left breast and a dragon on shoulder blade. Each dragon is a different color representing a different element. The clan members eyes are also to different colors representing the same elements. Red for Fire, Light Blue for Water, Yellow for Lightning, Brown for Earth, White with several notches of gray for Wind. Each clan member also has pointed ears that makes the clan unmistakable. Most hide there ears under there hair.
Clan Strengths: Clan Members are exceptional in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, each member possessing two random elements at birth.
Clan Weakness: Genjutsu. Most members know only the most basic genjutsu Kai - release.
Bloodline: Ryugan

Clan History: In a small village on the outscirts of the water country lived a thriving village. After many years of peace and harmony where the village flourished under plentiful catches of fish and harvests the villagers lived in satisfaction. However it was one summer that the fishing boats started disappearing from common fishing spots.
Weeks later they discovered the disturbance as a water dragon emerged from the water splitting a boat in two with its tail. The ninjas of the village fought perilously against there massive foe. Every time that it was close to being severely injure it would retreat into the waters only to return. Eventually the ninjas stopped fighting with the exception of one clan. An exceptionally talented young member made his mark in history as he fought the dragon alongside his clan members.
After a long and hard battle where many members of the clan died. This young member, Matsutori Kyoichi used a earth technique he created he pierced the dragons heart with a spike. Taking the time to admire his kill he walked cockily up to his fallen foe. As he approached the dragons head, in one swift unsuspected move the dragon returned to life just long enough for it to bite off the young ninjas arm.
Outraged by this even he pulled his katana from his sheath and proceeded to hack off the dragons head. Draining the large dragons blood, he took it with him as well as a single dragons tooth. He bathed in it hoping that it would protect his body and consumed the dragons blood hoping that it would strengthen him. Matsutori’s body convulsed and began to alter as he lay in the large bath of blood. His eyes came up to a point which and a brown dragon appeared on his chest. His once blue eyes changed to a solid brown and his pupils changed to slits. He considered himself a monster. Shunned by the village and his family her left his small village. While he traveled he crafted a hilt of a sword from the tooth. He learned to force his chakras into the sword causing it to create a blade of solid rock.
Traveling the ninja world he vowed to kill all the dragons that remained. In order to keep up his vows he mastered one handed seals. Using his Ryugan he created an dragons arm and claw entirely out of rock. Until he met the love of his life. A woman to which he had a beautiful baby girl. The baby girl was born with similar traits to his. She had pointed ears and had a dragon mark above her left breast, she also had a second mark on her left shoulder blade. The baby also had to different colored eyes, one blue and one red. As the child grew he realized that she had two elemental affinities. Just one more problem the man had cause his descendants. As time passed he raised his children to follow along in his footsteps to kill the dragons. The sword was passed along to the newer clan members as they became the strongest members of the clan.

Bloodline Description: Causes the eyes to change, the irises take on an elemental property each eye looking different. The pupil mutates taking on a slit like that of a dragon. Utilizing the dragons eye, they can manipulate there elements to create dragon techniques.

Description: Suiton Suiryu Utilizing the water element the user focuses ones chakra into water attaching it like a tail about 4 feet long to assist in fighting and striking at the opponent. The water tail slowly drains the users chakra till it is released.

Description: Utilizing the Ice Element the user will form claws of ice around ones hand and forearm. Using the claw the user will launch attacked with ones fists also using the ice for blocking. Using additional chakra it can thicken and harden the ice making it more difficult to penetrate.

The ninja does a long string of hand signs which causes a dragons neck and head to form out ice connected to the ground. It then opens it’s mouth and fires numerous shards of ice to pierce the target. The less water there is in the are the more chakra must be used to create the ice dragon. Mist will work as an equivalent to water in forming the dragon.
