Hair: Completely black straight hair that flows down his back pulled into a ponytail that ends around his butt. The front is spiked and drops lightly on his face slightly covering the points of his ears.
Eyes: One eye is light blue and the other is white with a black circle
Clothing: He wears a Black vest with a white dragon on the back. The vest is always left open revealing his Light blue dragon on his left breast. He also wears a Silver dragon necklace that dangles from a white gold chain. Kunugi wears black shorts with black sandals. A kunai pouch is tied his left leg and he has to pouchs along his back hidden slightly by his vest which hold his shuriken, explosive tags and smoke bombs. He keeps a Wakazashi strapped to his back around his waist and attached to the sheath is the families sword hilt. From time to time he’ll wear a black cloak that clasps at the neck and has a decent sized hood.

Physical Description: Kunugi is head to toe muscle from his training. Focusing more on his high physical strength than his actually speed which is moderate. He has taken the time to focus on his training to increase his chakra control and increase his already high chakra amount. He has a moderate amount of stamina from physical training. His ears are pointed as well which is covered by his hair.

Personality: He puts on an act as a laid back guy. But takes his time analyzing those around them. Kunugi is truly a nice guy when you get to know him and are on his good side. He's not one to make many friends when it comes down to it. He likes to have fun once in a while and always likes a good laugh. He always looking for a good fight and will never let arrogance get the best of him like some of his family members. He does have fits of rage when he will lash out uncontrollably. If he were to find the right girl he would probably be willing to give up his quest but he doesn't keep his hopes up in that department.

Character Background: A young baby was born in the middle of Mizugakure on a fine day on the 7th of June. This baby was special having been born into the Kyoichi clan. Born with pointed ears. This baby showed only the beginning signs of some of the things that made this clan special. As they cleaned the blood off the newborn they found the first of two marks on the left breast of this crying baby boy was a light blue dragon. As they continued to clean the baby the second mark was found of a white dragon on his right shoulder blade. As his mother first took him into her arms the little boy opened his eyes and cried out. One of his eyes was light blue while the other was white with a black outline in the iris. Two years later another member joined the family as a little girl was born.
At the age of six Kunugi’s mother Ritsuko began his training so that he could stand by his elder brother and sister to serve the clan. It quickly became evident that Kunugi was more special than the rest of his family being able to combine his elements to make a even more deadly ice element. As he continued to train alongside his family members he pushed his body to be in a perfect fighting condition. Always training and conditioning himself, he flew through the ninja academy. When he graduated at age 12 he was stronger than most the other kids in Mizugakure. On more than one occasion he had killed one of his fellow students in a fight for some reason or another. For the next two years before he learned about Ninseken he traveled with his brother and sister across the five nations hunting dragons. During there travels Mihori trained Kunugi in the art of one handed seals. As his body grew the dragon marks grew as well mutating and changing along with his growth.
Thanks to his skills he was able to help his brother and sister kill five dragons. Each of the dragons that fell were very proud and letting Kunugi and his family barely escape with there lives. Upon returning to Mizugakure at the age of 14 his mother told requested that he attend a new school by the name of Ninseken. He entered his freshman year as a neutral student. It was common place that he ended up getting in several fights across the school grounds before the split. When the Kunugi first joined Ninseken as a freshman he was proud to say that he would consider himself a neutral. Throughout the year Kunugi had been approached by both side trying to get him to join them. Time after time he turned them down. Until one day halfway through freshman year that as he walked through the courtyard he saw several Gesshoku picking on one girl. They ambushed her assaulting her for not joining there side while she had the chance. Kunugi frowned upon this display of power. That’s when the Nikkou showed up and helped the girl out. He never caught her name that day but he did see what she could do as she summoned a dragon towards the end of the battle. Kunugi’s eyes widened and he smiled glad that he had listened to his mother and come here.
He heard the girls name as he walked among the Nikkou that day acting like one of there own. He had found his enemy, a girl named Itonami Hogosha. Less than a week later he sent his little sister a messsage saying that he had finally picked a side. The next day he approached the Gesshoku starting a fight with two other freshman members. That he unleashed his ice dragon he hospitalized on of the gesshoku that day and killed the other without regret killing goring him with an Icey dragons claw. After being accepted into the Gesshoku continued to focus his training and working towards the day that he would confront Itonami.
During Kunugi’s sophomore year at Ninseken during the fall semester He received a letter from his little sister saying that his elder brother and sister had found the location of the queen of the dragons Ikiori. Three weeks later Kunugi received a letter from his little sister Xion saying that Sitori died in battle, and that Mihori was gravely injured. She was only allowed to let live because Ikiori deemed it so. Two weeks later Kunugi received another letter along with a package. The letter said that Mihori died from a sickness. The package contained his families sword hilt. The carved dragons two with three gems. Enraged by the news he focused his chakras and running into Nikkou territory hoping to run into Itonami, he ended up killing three of the students with a sword made of ice.
Kunugi disappeared from the school for three weeks after that. He returned as though nothing had happened. He finished the year without further incident plotting to kill Itonami for what had happened to his brother and sister and the queen of the dragons in a fair fight. This brought him to his Junior year. After returning from a short training session he walked back onto the school grounds in a black cloak. “This year I’m going to bring hell to the Nikkou till I get to her.”

Kunugi unlatched the a caved tooth from his wakazashi with his left hand. Holding it in front of him he began to form a series of hand signs and the gems on the hilt of the sword began to glow as chakra was forced into the hilt. As Kunugi finished the last sign Ice shot from the hilt creating a 3’6” foot blade. Kunugi ran forward swinging the blade as it blocked his opponents sword. Kunugi smirked putting more force behind the blade he tightened his grip and launched his opponent backwards off balance. Forming another quick set of signs covered his arm in ice creating a dragons claw just in time for him to grab his opponents blade.

I personally do not like people being able to use hand-seals with only one hand. With all other ninja, hand-seals makes a temporary disadvantage as they are unable to defend themselves while making hand-seals. If you do use this, you should be restricted to only one arm or have some HUGE weakness to counter it.
